University City is now offering a wait list program!  If you are interested in leasing a specific property next year you can be added to the wait list for that property and receive more specific details on properties of interest by email.  Most leases end 5/30 or 7/30.

HOW IT WORKS:

1.  Pick your next home!  All of our available properties for next year will go up to our website at www.universitycityrentals.com by the end of December.
2.  Contact University City at universitycity@gmail.com OR 208-596-5542.  Be sure to include your NAME, PHONE #, EMAIL & the ADDRESS of the property you'd like to wait list.  We recommend including your #1, #2 and #3 choices.
3.  When the property comes available we will notify you by phone or email.  You will have 24 hours to respond.  Then we will contact the next person on the list.

University City always gives our current tenants first right to renew until May.  Please keep in mind you are NOT guaranteed a property if you are on a wait list.
